The above photo is made mostly with a "Lenticular Fulcrum" Brushstroke. The trick to making this brushstroke is to hold your phone as close to the lens as possible. In the video below you can see I'm holding the phone with the right thumb and index-finger, and then either pushing the bottom left corner of the phone towards my right Opponens Pollicis muscle, or pulling the left corner away from right hand (making an obligatory "voooooosh" sound)
